We developed a secure and highly functional online banking platform for Khan Trust Trade, a trusted financial institution offering comprehensive online banking services in Mongolia. The goal was to create a modern, user-friendly website that allows customers to manage their accounts, transfer funds, view transaction history, and access other banking features efficiently and securely.
Key Features:
– User Account Management: Integrated a secure login system with multi-factor authentication (MFA), allowing users to manage their accounts, view balances, and update personal details.
– Fund Transfer System: Developed a seamless fund transfer system for domestic and international transactions, with real-time processing and detailed transaction tracking.
– Transaction History & Statements: Created a feature for users to view and download detailed transaction histories, account statements, and balance summaries.
– Bill Payments & Services: Added functionality for users to pay bills, set up recurring payments, and access other financial services directly through the website.
– Loan Management: Incorporated a loan management system where users can apply for loans, track their application status, and make repayments.
– Security Features: Implemented advanced security protocols such as SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and fraud detection systems to ensure safe online banking.
– Mobile Optimization: Ensured the platform is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices, enabling users to manage their accounts on-the-go.
– Customer Support & Chat: Integrated live chat support, customer service request forms, and FAQs to assist users with any inquiries or issues.
– Payment Gateway Integration: Integrated secure payment gateways to facilitate deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services directly from the user’s bank account or linked cards.
– Admin Panel: Developed an intuitive admin dashboard to manage users, monitor transactions, and handle customer service requests.
